pinwheel quilt

The other day I got a bee in my bonnet and decided to try something different I purchased the "lil twister" by CS Designs
this is the first and last time I will make this quilt. it was an interesting project. unique process -- you make a quilt top and then cut it up and then put it together again.

This quilt will go to the "Knight Cancer Institute"

Hope you have a great day

I like this one, it sparkles. I think you did a great job picking the fabrics.

They are fun, but wasteful and hard to cut around templates. So I laughed when you said 'one'.

It does look lovely though. I agree that it is a fun practice.

I have the little template for the charm squares but have not yet tried it. I would be interested to know what you did not like about. I'm assuming there was something since you said it would be the last one you make like this! I thought I'd sew a lot of my charm squares together that I received in swaps and use this design.

Yours turned out lovely!

I love the Lil Twister ruler but I have only made table runners so far.
A whole quilt sounds like a to big job ;-)
I love your vibrant quilt!!
You should try to make a smaller project ..

Love your color choices. Did you see the Christmas tree one during Madame Samm's Think Christmas hop? I agree the larger projects are a bit difficult. I used all those small leftover pieces for a pretty binding.
