Paff ruffler and bias tape shuttles

the price tag on the ruffler is $52.95 I purchased it back in 2006

and never took it out of the package. I just had someone give me

a new ruffler and the tag on it is $89.95.

the 2 bias tape shuttles were given to me (I will throw them in at no cost)

My asking price for the ruffler is $30 (includes postage in the USA only)
