Another Fun Saturday

Saturday was a fun day. Sheri, Carrie and I
went to the NW Quilting Expo.

My Oh My!!! What fun things to see and drool over. I took a few pictures of the ones I liked best, But I tell you it was hard to hold it to just these few.

Bear paw with stars. This was a fun variation on an old favorite.

I liked this quilt -- I think I might have a similar pattern,
I might try to adapt it. :o}

This was fun-- around each block are things your mom
might have said to you growing up.

This little old woman was a fun look at life.
Someone or something always seeking your attention.
I really liked this one. :o}

This was a fun one as well.
The maker created a 3-D affect by making a quilt
and then attaching a second quilt to it.

This quilt is called Sand Dollar.

Now I will tell you that both Sheri and I went into the show saying that we would be good and not spend too much. Well we did fine until we came to Karen's Anna Lena Land.

Karen was promoting her new book. And some of her fun bright fabrics.
It was too hard to resist. :o}

Hope you have a great day. :o}
