Spring quilt

I decided to make a Spring quilt. So I went searching for fabric. Do you know how hard it is to find Easter fabric without pink in it? :o[ Well I found some that will do. Then I went looking for a pattern. I found one on Clothworks -- it's called "Dipped Chicks". So I made it up. Here it is.....




I think it turned out OK. it's a little too cute for my taste. Soooo
I made another quilt. (the Dipped chicks will be put away and saved for a future spring baby) This pattern in is called "Spindrift" and I found the pattern in Quick Quilts magazine. I used the "layer cake and jelly roll" I bought at Quilt Market last May. Now this is more to my liking. :o}
