2 blocks make a quilt

Last year while checking on a few different blogs I came across one blog that was featuring a block of the month quilt. (sorry I didn't keep track of where I was) two of the blocks caught my eye. And I thought they would work well together so I took the instructions and then went to my EQ and drafted the two blocks. I did this because the block has some tricky angles and I wanted it easier. so I used 2 1/2" squares. each block is made using 25 -- 2 1/2" squares. and only using two blocks and 5 colors (not including the back ground)

This is the "red block" I made 41 blocks

this is the "blue block" and I made 40 blocks

put them all together and this is what you get.

So if you're doing the math this quilt has 81 blocks each block is made
using 25 -- 2 1/2" squares for a total of 2,025 -- 2 1/2" squares. :o}

Hope you have a great day.
